Energy Bills
Our heating bills have been creeping up, and I started checking the windows to see where the heat might be escaping. The seals on the oldest ones are definitely past their best. We’re considering uPVC window installation before winter, but I’d rather choose an installer based on real experiences than just adverts. Any recommendations for a company that did a solid job for you?

Totally get this - our bills jumped last year and I did the same detective work. Found condensation between the panes on two windows and the seals were basically gone. We picked a replacement uPVC windows after reading reviews and getting three quotes. No hard sell, just a proper survey and clear options on glazing and ventilation. Installation took a day, minimal mess, and they even adjusted the trickle vents so we're not losing heat unnecessarily. First winter with them and the room stays warmer with the heating on lower. Worth doing before the cold weather sets in.
